Wow you can definitely tell the difference of D/R to P/T. Elements vs musicality

GOEs seem reasonable, except S/H's goe on the 3F seems low. Judges may have been looking at the crazy air position, it's amazing she even landed it I guess.

P/T did beat D/R in the PCS. I would have had them more ahead. Maybe 2 points? I think it should be tighter at the top but I do think D/R deserved to be first.

Fingers crossed for K/S. Bronze or even silver is still possible, I hope they relax and skate a clean lp.

I agree about the "program" thing. I don't like their programs at all, but performance&Intepretation was all there today. Still, except for TR for which they got 7.93, S&H got all 8s in PCS. Same as K&S, although the latter got higher 8s.
I think they deserve more PCS but not by holding down T&M.

I agree. The quality of their elements was way better.

Finally have time to respond.

I don't feel like T/M really sell the program. They're just... decent. For "weak program that the skaters sell well," I'd point to S/H with their LP, or Ruslena with their FD (yes, I've realized it's a meh program without the S/K context backing it up).

In terms of TR, I think S/H are hands down better than any other team. The clear steps before their SBS jumps, with the choreography on the landing. The entry into their twist. How they do into all their elements with no slowing down, no hesitation. And the best part? It's all seamless, fits the music, and makes the program better, instead of looking like needless stuff that detracts from the skating.

To me, for the moment, T/M aren't in the same league as S/H (or K/S, P/T, P/Z) in terms of PCS. But, well, D/R are getting some of the best PCS, so what do I know?

I agree, P/T deserve at least 2 points more in PCS compared to D/R

either it was skated very cleanly, not a bad competition
