Nam practices a quad flip: https://www.instagram.com/p/BShlbwUBC7c/
They interviewed Roman & Conrad because 1) They both train in the GTA so it's easy to get them in studio 2) They are the only Canadian medallists from the JGP. Conrad also did well enough (by his abilities) to merit some attention.
These boys are gonna make me update my quad counter too eh. But that is a nice quad flip! No weird low landings.
Larkyn Austman's SP is to Mein Herr from Cabaret. Choreographed by Mark Pillay, I'm guessing? Are there any other Marks in choreography in Canada?
Joey Russell & Gabby Daleman, possibly doing choreo: https://www.instagram.com/p/BShGnsMDrsM/
Gabby & Kaetlyn did very cute shoutouts to each other:

Ooooh.
Where is Nam training now? I believe I recall that he left California and David Glynn's troupe, who's his coach at the moment?
Correct me if I'm wrong.![]()
oh larkyn seems to be getting a nice program there... something with more life in it... great.
Larkyn really seems to be coming on strong lately. I mean she added the flip and lutz to her programs this year now if she can get some nice programs and more confidence we just might have 4 ladies in the mix at next year's nationals. I am pretty sure Alaine will still be # 3 but it would be nice if there were at least one other lady to make her skate for it.

Unless Veronik comes back strong in a summer competition I can see Larkyn also getting the 3rd spot for Skate Canada. Pretty sure the other two will be Kaetlyn and Alaine. Unless Keatlyn wants to try a different event and give SC to Gabby, cause as #2 at worlds she would have 2nd pick right?
It probably will also depend on the dates of the events too. I am sure Gabby will be the one to get invited to SA since she would be seen as the easiest of the 3 for the USA ladies to beat.
