Gubanova moving up isn't really a guarantee now, however.

Gubanova needs to become one of Plushenko’s Angels for next season. She can skate the exact same and get higher scores. It’s so dumb but it’s true. Maybe she can even take her coaches with her and trick the fed

I guess all Russian junior ladies will thank God and celebrate Stasya's turning senior for several days (Eteri will give day-offs to her junior students).

That wouldn't fly. In seniors they care about potential results. And they probably know that - I assume that's why she's been a junior for so long.

I really can't wait for her to move to seniors, have poor skates, low scores and become a middling mediocre skater who gets challenger appearances here and there. Enough ruining actually talented ladies' opportunities already. Even last season was one too many.

Her teammate Kolyada has poor skates 95% of the time but it doesn't hurt his scores at all...

Even doing planned falls on all 3 of those jumps would give her an insane layout with like 80 BV.

Who knows whether she could beat such an imaginary being. But the mediocre Stanislava she already beat this season despite not even having a stable quad yet.
