I don't think the gps are part of the criteria, silly as that may seem. But yes, if he wins ranking comp and/or nats, he'll be chosen.

Sadly, not yet. Maybe they are happy that this competition ends and all go to their home and fell a sleep:sarcasm:

I know that Sohyun is third, and Hanul is second place. They both scored somewhere at 160s.

So youn scored about 149 and 6th, Na hyun scored about 129 and don't know about her placement.

Young didn't invited to gala since she was third place.. (Only 1st and 2nd junior skaters were invited)
and Jun hwan gave up to do gala because his injury get serious right after the free program. He also didn't attend to the award ceremony.

Thanks HaileyShin for posting these videos and the scoring.

I caught up on some of the videos on YT yesterday. I was really impressed that Dabin skated so well, so soon after losing her mom. I don't know what her emotional state is like off ice but I imagine she'd want to keep going in her mom's memory. Her skating has really improved the past year and she's very consistent. She still has a way to go in the PCS dept but her jumps are smooth and look rotated to me.

I don't think I've seen Hanul Kim before, but she really stood out. I wish she hadn't used Mirai's FS music from last season since I have mixed feelings about TWTIA, but she's a powerful jumper and a fast spinner.

So sad for SoYoun, those falls on her hip looked painful and she's only coming back from recovering from surgery and either her stamina isn't there or she still needs time to get her jumps completely back.

And congrats to Alexander Gamelin for getting his South Korean passport and citizenship just in time for the Olympics.
