I hope for a gold at last for Sui & Han but unfortunately I predict a 3rd straight silver for them, and a gold for Savchenko & Masso, with their usual "Aliona the legend" bonus in their scores. They will also make 3axel throw, not miss it as they did in the short.

I wonder if Savchenko & Massot will even do the 3axel throw today. It actually cost them 1st place in the short, had they just done a well done 3flip or something else they would have won the short.

They probably dont need it to win, especialy since Sui & Han will probably (please prove me wrong) miss the SBS 3salchow atleast.

I have never seen S&M make the 3axel throw cleanly in competition until now, and I heard they dont even land it usually in practice.

What a line-up for the first group is.

Three young and free teams are the future of pair skating for sure and their SP programs excited me yesterday. However, what an unfortunate fate for the seasoned and reigning Oly silver medalists have to face. Indeed, ice is slippery but I honestly thought they were gifted for competing the FS, but well, several other top teams got also gifts compare to their actual performances such as S/M, T/M, D/R and J/C, so I'm fine with the result so far.

I hope everyone skate clean and are free of injury.
