I know the rule I was wondering how this threshold is set (16 out of 28 is less than 60%, for men we have 24 out of 35 more than 65%)

I was trying to get them to bomb... which probably might've been a bad idea.

They probably wont medal here unless at least one of the top pairs bombs (cleanish S/M, S/H, S/K, D/R and maybe even T/M with their new shiny medals may beat that). But still, it is impressive and a statement for next year.

I REALLY like these two, I wish we got to see them perform more! They seem to really enjoy it and honestly they're a lot better than a lot of the European teams we're forced to see over and over at Senior B's...

It's weird, indeed! And very hard to qualify!

28 pairs is actually surprising.

They can't easily change the number qualifying for the FS due to a few issues, mainly the "4 pairs per warmup group" and "one ice resurfacing per FS" scheduling things
