My commentator just said pair skating was harder on the man's body and the reason why we see some women in their thirties with younger guys. Is that true?

D/R skate like they know they won't win. Weird

That was a bit of a struggle. Poor Eric. I can't imagine doing anything with an injured hip.

When S/H, S/M, and T/M (even with their dreadful program) all skate clean(ish), Meagan and Eric just look out of their league. It's sad to say it, because I really like them. But they look sloppy.

T/M, huge props for skating so well! D/R, after so many quality skates it relaly shows that here and there quality is lacking, and that hand dwon should hurt them too. Still in position to medal though.

Kudos to Eric. Not perfect, but another pair member who is recently injured and still toughed it out to do pretty well, considering.

See this off podium so far. Quality of elements just not as high and without lutz a big advantage is gone. Proud of them , though.

I like the spirit of both skaters as they encountered bullying for no reason other than being different but they still go on and try to do their best!

I agree :agree: I love originality, which is also why I've grown fond of James/Cipres as well. D/R definitely have a great fighting spirit which is admirable
