Clean 3Lz+3T. Only a 1A+1Lo+3S (might be < and it was called <). Safe and secure 3Lo+2T. A bit of travel and slow combo spin (Level 4). Clean choreo sequence with alright edges. Crisp 3T and an alright 3Lo (also called <). And just an intended 2Lz with one hand aloft. Okay 2A.Some travel on the attempted layback spin (Level 3). Fairly simple step sequence (Level 3), but a better ending spin to finish (Level 4).

A nice performance for Paganini at the Olympics. She could find a better center on her spins overall and she had several under-rotations, and she only had a single Axel. I wish she was able to carry the phrasing of the POTO music a bit more, but I think she did pretty well all considered for her ability.

Clean landing on the rippon 3Lz (could have been called e, but judges did not). Some struggle on the 3F(tano)+2T(riippon). Okay 2A with average speed. Better, clean 3F on its own. Good positions on the combo spin (especially the Y-spin and the broken leg spin). Lots of edges and steps in the step sequence (Level 4). Okay 3S+2T(rippon)+2Lo(rippon) but a bit of short landing. A bit stuck on the landing on the 2A+2Lo with a step-out on the Loop. A bit forward on the 3Lo but landed.Decent layback spin (Level 4). Good speed on the flying combo spin to finish.

A fine performance for Leona here, with a good amount of attack in the jumps which fits the Goten Project tango. I like her positions in the spins, though they could have a better center. She could work on emoting and projecting toward the audience instead of downward, and she pumps her crossovers a bit. But a rather full technical performance from her today.

Good held landing on the opening 2A. A bit slow in the rotation of the 3F. Clean 3Lz+2T with no problem. Okay flying spin (Level 4), could use more speed. Edge changes are slightly labored in the circular step (Level 3). A little forward on the 3Lo. Got out the 2A+3T in the second half. Very tilted in the 3Lz (might be <), heavy fall. Got it back with another 3Lo. Fun and snappy choreo sequence. And a decent pair of spins to end the program (combo spin at Level 4, and layback spin at Level 3).

I still don't understand the program really, considering that the second half of the music feels far better suited for Meite. I wish the entire program was about her being energetic and fun because the classical music heightens her weaknesses in the body line. Either that, or just powerful music to suit her high jumps. An alright performance with some shaky landings.

Strong landings on the 3Lz+3T. Good 2A+3T as well. A bit of a step-out on the 3F, close to the boards (called a !, likely not on the correct edge). Nice centering on the combo spin (Level 4). Good flying part in the sit spin (Level 4). Careful but good curves in the step sequence (Level 3). Solid 3Lo right in the second half, and a strong 3Lz as well. A bit close on the 3S but godo for her to get that out with a clean landing. Spiral positions could be better in the choreo sequence, but a good 2A+2T+2Lo and a wonderful layback spin (Level 4).

Aw, and she's crying! Well, Hanul did have a fantastic performance. Very nice jumps for the most part, clean spins, and a pleasant look. Like many Korean skaters, she could still work on having better facial expression and intensity, because she really has good fundamentals, landings, and is very sweet. I hope she can build on this performance and lift South Korean skating for the future.

Clean 3F+2T to start. A bit shaky on the 3Lz+2T but landed still. Very careful into the 3F, wonky landing. Good speed through the flying spin with a nice catchfoot position that was extended (Level 4). Safely landed 3Lz (called <). A bit of a two-footed landing on the end of the 2A+1Lo+3S combo. Alright 3T (called <), right into the combo spin with decent positions (Level 3). A lot of flat edges in the step sequence (Level 2). Okay 2A with not a lot of height. Fairly good layback spin to end (Level 4).

Just not a lot of artistry. Li could have skating to pretty much anything quaint and classical, and I wouldn't know the difference. It was a very matter-of-fact, detached performance with little facial expression and lack of theatre.

Oh look, it's another Carmen! A bit tilted on the 3Lz landing with a 2T (could be <). Alright 3F with not a lot of speed. Fall on the 3Lo, just tilted through the air. Alright combo spin (Level 4). Not a lot of speed going into the 3Lz (fully downgraded <<), another fall. Spirals could be a bit more extended. Better 3T+1Lo+3S (but 3S called <). Okay 3S+2A sequence. Satisfactory flying spin. Very slow in the 2A. She tends to hunch down a lot in the footwork (Level 3). Layback spin was actually quite good with the Biellmann spin (Level 4).

Did she shoot herself at the end? Err, umm.... Anyway, this version of Carmen was a bit off and not that well portrayed. She's capable, but she may not be mature enough to get this character off, as opposed to her AC/DC short which I think was better for her. She needs a lot more speed altogether to get more rotation and height in her jumps.

Light landing on the opening 3Lo. Fall on the 3Lz. Better 3F landing (could be <, and it has been called <). Flying camel spin a bit slow for her (Level 3). Good flow through the choreo sequence. Clean 3S+3T without a hitch. Good 2A+3T(rippon). Decent 2A+2T+2T with tanos on the 2Ts. Clean 3S into a step sequence with edges that are at times short but there are a lot of steps . Back entry into illusions and decent speed in the change foot spin (Level 3). Fairly good flying spin to end the program (Level 3).

Elizabet was a bit tentative at the start, but she was able to put that fall behind her and perform quite well on the jumps in the second half. I do enjoy her flow across the ice and she has good speed considering her size. Nice arms in the choreography, but she could use fewer crossovers. A fair performance for her and I can only hope that she continues to skate and to improve.

Hand-down on the second 3T on the 3T+3T combo, but quite high on the jumps. Fall on the 3Lz attempt, a bit too much force on the landing. Clean 3S+2T. Stronger 2A+1Lo+3S with good speed (3S could be < and it has been called <). Only a 2Lo for the intended 3Lo. Nice arch in the back for the layback spin (Level 2). And only a 1F. Foot-down on the second 2A. Good expression through the step sequence with attention to the lyrics (Level 3). Good combo spin (Level 4). Alright flying spin to end the program (Level 2).

I would have liked to see her interpret the music more throughout the program, because she was able to capture the music much more in last minute or so of Papa, Can You Hear Me. She gets so focused on the jumps in the first half that the program feels a bit lost then, but she has lovely arms and good intepretative skill. But she had errors on a lot of her jumps today and lost levels on her spins for not being sustained.

Alright 3Lz+2T (very strange setup, almost as if it was a loop). Better landing on the 3F. 3Lz was landed but may also be < (called <). Good center on the flying combo spin with defined positions (Level 4). Good speed in the combo spin (Level 4). Okay 3Lo+1Lo+3S (3S might < and it was called such). Clean 3Lo, though. Alright choreo sequence with an average 2A+2T. Another 2A to end. Good, interpretive steps in the step sequence (Level 4). Strong layback spin with a nice Biellmann (Level 4).

Kalaini was able to carry that music through the program. Not a lot of impact or pizzazz, but competent expression and intensity. Really nice spins today with clear Level 4s and decent centering. Her sparkly dress does help the program which is a darker interpretation of Moulin Rouge than, say, the dramatic version of Ashley Wagner's.

Nice footwork into the 3F to open. A bit forward on the 3T+3T but completed fine. Hand-down on the second 3F and no combo (might be < and it was called <). Nice phrasing int he choreography. Turn between the 3S+2T. Fairly slow into the 3Lo, a bit stuck on the landing. Positions could be better in the flying spin (Level 4). Patient curves in teh footwork (Level 4). Okay 2A and 2A+2T with not much speed. Alright layback spin (Level 3). Better speed through the last spin but a few positions that weren't sustained (Level 3).

A few problems with the landings on the jumps, with not a lot of full running edges. She'll get the component marks, a bit for the emotion to Schindler's List as one would expect. She could use a bit more speed to make her edgework fuller and bigger. It won't score high technically without the Lutz, but a fair performance for Schott here.
