They have kept it very quiet. When Tanith was covering diving at about 8 months NBC tried to show her from the shoulders up. It was a little comical. USA diving posted a picture of her doing an interview and there was no mistaking the shape.

Charlie barely admitted it in one interview when he was directly asked at the end of September.
There has been speculation on another board but personal speculation is not allowed here so it was not discussed until now because they did not publicly acknowledge the pregnancy.
