You know, this is just ridiculous. I don‘t know the reasons for you not liking Alina (you wouldn‘t tell me when I wrote you a PM to not derail the thread so I assume you don‘t have any and are just a troll. And no, don‘t go and state them now in this thread, we really don‘t need that) but it‘s just not cool to use Sasha as a mean to pin her against Alina. They‘re young girls and those pseudo rivalries some fans make are ridiculous. Just let them skate.
Nevertheless, here we go: Alina doesn‘t post much at all on instagram other than some sponsoring stuff. Still...

GPF Vancouver, thanking the team
You might have noticed, Alina is a third year senior, so an event like JO where she‘s been for the third time now is not as special as it might be for Sasha who just entered the senior ranks and experiences all this for the first time. Now, you could of course compare Alina‘s lack of “thank you“ posts in her first senior year (since you apparently don‘t have anything else to do) but that‘s an Olympic year and the tensions were running so high that Alina basically didn‘t even post at all once the competitions began. But she always thanks her coaches, that‘s like the first thing she says at every press conference. Just because she doesn‘t post an explicit “thank you coaches!“ post on her instagram every time she goes to competitions doesn‘t mean she‘s not gracious or whatever.
You can’t really compare Alina - who’s a seasoned competitor by now - to someone like Anna or Sasha who are all new to senior competitions and experience that new stuff. If you‘d looked, Evgenia, who’s similar in the aspect that they’ve both competed on the senior level for a longer time now, doesn‘t rush with a post like that after every competition either but like Alina, she always thanks her coaches and her team when it comes to important events, like the Worlds.
I don‘t even know why I‘m responding so lengthily to your post. Just wanted to say that your passive-agressive comments annoy me. A lot. I don‘t know why you seem to like tension so much but you did the same thing when Alina was moving up to seniors. Just that she was in the position Sasha is now and you pinned her against Evgenia. What shall I bet that as soon as Kamila shows up it will be all the same again but with Sasha being the one the snark is directed at for being “overscored“ or “not gracious enough“.
It‘s one thing to criticize the judges. I‘ve done that too. A lot. It‘s another to constantly make passive aggressive comments about the personality of young people. Alina is 17. Sasha 15. Just let them skate.
