Who's Maria Dmitrieva? It's sad there will be no Valieva or Khromykh...
Maria Dmitrieva, born 04 Oct 2007, StPetersburg, coach Alina Pisarenko.

At past season she was 3rd at Nationals Younger Age (younger group), ahead mistaken Elizaveta Berestovskaya.
This season she won 3rd Event of Russian Cup, also because mistakes of others, her place in SP 2nd, in FS 4th.
At 2nd Event of Russian Cup was 13th, mistakes in both programs.
Has 3Lz+3T combo and 7 triples in FS (at Russia it is almost mandatory for girls pretending to something).
Nice baby, level no doubt enough for participant of Junior Nats.
Of this season:

FS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIJ7UHGYPVM

Valieva - injury.

Khromykh - she was only at one Event of Russian Cup, 5th, 2nd place. So she is below many girls skated at two events.

There is serious differece between situations of Erokhov and Khromykh.
Situation in Russian male skating is not so good, so Erokhov is treated as promising and is included to JrNats.
In junior female skating - too many strong and promising girls, no need to violate formal rules.

Btw, there is local rule of Moscow - this season to send to Junior competitions only skaters born at 2006 and elder. Because of this we don't see at JrNats Samodelkina and Akatieva (born at 2007). But see Dmitrieva (also 2007) from StPetersburg.

Moscow is certainly spoiled for choice in young girl skaters. At least a dozen active rinks inside the MKAD perimeter, probably 20 plus rinks if one includes Khimki, Elektrostahl and other suburbs.
What is the situation in Sankt Peterburg like? I noticed Plyushchenko's Angels opened a branch in SPB.

Figure skating being so popular with girls, ice hockey popular with boys, most rinks will need to time share the ice floor. Do the rinks have separate razdivalki (changing rooms?) and restrooms for girls? And a cafe for the parents waiting on their little kids?

Probably not from any accredited sources.

This is the official FFKKR JuniorTV live stream schedule: https://www.fsrussia.ru/sorevnovani...di-yuniorov-2019.html#raspisanie-translyatsij

Official Perviy Kanal broadcast page: https://www.1tv.ru/sport/pervenstvo...redi-yuniorov-2019/raspisanie?date=2019-02-02, click on the tab labelled ПРЯМОЙ ЭФИР for the live stream. You might have to use a VPN extension for Firefox or Opera browser with VPN, and hope for a good connection.
Perhaps the Perviy Kanal broadcasts will be streamed unofficially, like from here: https://ok.ru/figureskating

Yeah, YT copyright claims always strike down the skating videos, even though the club might have paid the duties to be able to use the music.
