I cannot wait. This field is astonishingly deep. At least 6 teams I really enjoy.

Go Kaitlyn and Jean Luc!

There was a team last year who won their way to Nationals because there were no other teams in their Sectionals. I think they may not even have had a coach. Does anyone remember who they were and if they will be here this year?

Is Yuri Vlasenko from Popova/Vlasenko? I quite enjoyed him with Solovieva, they looked nice for a new pair last year. It will be very hard for him to make it in the States.

The US is a bit lacking in other disciplines but their depth in Dance is very impressive. I wonder can C/B beat H/D for the title? Should be an interesting battle for 3rd. Could be a Montreal clean sweep in US Nationals!

I have to take my mom to a doctor's appointment so it is very very very likely I won't be home in time for this. So if I'm not, can someone pick up the PBP? Thanks!

There were some info that Yuri moved to US, so I'm guessing that's the same one.

How does a skater make their competitive debut at Nationals? Why did they not have to go through qualifying Comps?

I’ve been wondering this myself. This is the second team making a competitive debut Tanith tells us. I think she said the first one had only been together for 5 months.
