Ah yay, a top 10 for Miriam and Severin! Highest place thus far was 14th last year. Despite their difficulty this event, that should make them very pleased.

I'm still terrified every time Cain/LeDuc do a lift, so I'm just happy that both of them are okay (and lovely twist there)

I so wanted them to land that throw! Even with that big mistake, I'm so happy for them! Last year I would have been worried that they would embarrass themselves. But they are much improved. I hope they keep building on this

Ashley and Tim did their job and got the second spot back.

Weird to land a throw Lutz and then wipe out on a throw Salchow.

Yes.

They were the right team to send at this time.

They do have some lovely lines and flow. They do need to up the tech difficulty and clean things up. But I always enjoy watching them.

Yasssssssssssss. Even with the fall on the lift they've shattered all the previous tech scores.

I remember quite a lot of people saying how they'd never do anything much as a team, and now look at them. National champs, winning back 2 spots...

Very solid skate by Ashley & Tim. They get more in sync . Great twist, liked the complexity of transitions, liked the turns into the overhead lift. May be some unders on jumps by Ashley. Overall very good skate. Nice selection of elements for them. I wasn't buying when they first teamed up but now acknowledge them as the best US team except for a clean Alexa & Chris. I would like the make Ashley straighten up more, some of her jump problems might be resolved if she were straighter.
