Probably, I believe to have read Sof'ya Samodelkina will be declared to 4th and 5th stage. Liza Berestovskaya will compete her second turn coming Monday. There is probably still time to make roster changes, since travel day is most likely Sunday.

Alfyorova's charge, her daughter Veronika Zhilina will be interesting, strategy wise, against older and established juniors. Is Plyushchenko's former prima Sof'ya Titova also in contention?

Strategic division of your skaters over the stages can help a little. The final stages being so crowded, but with 18 juniors allowed into the finals, there is some headroom and a safety margin.

It is only about the ranking points, but this season being such a mess already, we can only hope nobody gets infected.

And nobody will get voted into the senior finals/Nationals by the coaching council at the expense of somebody who qualified by skating.

Are we really going to hate on Sasha for having a biography? This girl is literally the FS record holder, the first to jumps 3 types of quads, the first to jump a quad combo and someone who really did push the quad revolution in ladies a step further (I'd go as far as to say she lit the flame of the cannon, but of course, other skaters helped in the construction). Sure it's just a commercial product but still she's written herself in history books so many times, I think it's totally worthy.

In addition, we have only seen less than a minute of four of Kostornaia's program. To say it can't compare to Gleikhengauz would be completely wrong that this stage. Besides, just watching one section of say Radionova's Shae-Lynn Bourne program (maybe like the part she does the combo) wouldn't be all that great either. But it shines in the step sequence and second half.

Of course, us fans enjoy all these snippets from more or less strategically cut program run throughs. But there is also raising expectations, and promises make debts?

Silently, I am most critical of my favorites, "Stabilize your core!" "Point your toes!" "Choreography begins at the hips, not the shoulder blade!" "Fix your edges!" "Take a risk once in a while!". But I dare not call out the names as well, just to endure spiteful accusations of "hater, troll.".

If you read these pages you know who are the haters and who is writing constructive criticisms. The skaters are not flawless skaters or flawless personalities (just like all of us).

There's a logic:
1. Not to put Sofia and Adeliya against each other.
2. Not to force Adeliya to have two stages back to back (4 and 5).
Of course in case that Sofia gets the 4th stage and Adeliya 5th.

We'll see which new programs there might be for Adeliya.

I, for one, would like to see her previous season's short program this season again.

If I can use some of the words that were repeated here frequently, reasonable critique is not hate. I consider a biography for such a young person not right and that has nothing to do with Sasha personally. I think the same about Karen Chen having biography at 17 and I was never hiding that. Stating that some claims published yet are obviously wrong is also not hate. Or you want your favourite skater would be celebrated by using untrue claims? If so, I don't think the people who pointed on those weird statements are not the ones to blame.
