ffff
Sure sure. She was asking for trouble? Lol, way to blame a victim.
An average Russian girl vs. famous Russian producer with a legal team. The contract is totally fair (why’s there are so many scandals whenever Russian artists try to leave producers? They’re all so fair?)
let’s not be naive.
Was this contract fair? I guess we’ll never know because NDA and Yana’s legal team will keep Aliona silent.
Y’all are seriously debating how is it okay that she’s in this trouble now? This money won’t put a dent in Plushenko family budget, perhaps they’ll do with one Dior outfit less. We all know that it likely puts Aliona in big trouble, and simply serves as public punishment and scare tactic for their future “runaways”.
A big lesson learned for her anyway: stay away from private schools run by producers, don’t trust a single word that comes out of Plushenko’s mouth, and hire a psychologist to forget those last 6 months like a bad dream.
I agree. Let us not be naive.
What average Russian girl are we talking about here? It wasn't she who signed contracts, but her mother. An adult, legally competent woman who has no more adolescent hormonal surges and who should have understood after her daughter's first faux pas at the latest that it is better to think first and then act.
Basically everything would have been very easy if, like everyone else, one had adhered to the applicable regulations. Change the team within the transfer window and you will not have any problems with the financing. If the ordinary Russian girl wants exclusive services, ask them to be more modest or familiarize yourself with the terms on which they can be used, read contracts you sign and there will be no nasty surprises .
But no, the mother-daughter team apparently thought they were smarter than the rest even after the first scandal.
No, in my eyes they are not victims, but the exact opposite. They put everyone involved and bystanders around them (and of course yourself) in a very awkward situation (to put it mildly). Should they bear the consequences and finally learn to act responsibly.
To argue that this money will not affect the Plushenko's budget is, of course, very amusing. According to this logic, can I ignore all debts that I myself owe to people or companies that are financially secure? Bravo!
Your conclusion is also interesting. Strangely enough, it is not "stick to current regulations, only enter into contractual commitments when you can assess the consequences and act in the knowledge that you are responsible for your child", but rather "carry on like this and avoid Private schools.". Bravo again, this is exactly how you educate young people to be responsible citizens.
Sorry, but didn't you say we shouldn't be naive?
