Not perfect but I don't care. Kolyada is just wonderful. For me, he is up there with Hanyu being the best male skater right now.

That second 3A, that's the one he had an issue with at the test skates. And one placed at the crescendo of the music as well... But that is a beautiful program and he does channel his inner Nureyev as he skates it, when he lands that second 3A on the music I'll start calling him Misha

Pop aside, that went well! I hope Misha keeps this program for the Olympics, it’s transcendent on him.

I guess he had to put at least one 1A so we could believe it's actually him and not a surrogate

We will only see the real Misha when he doesn't do it anymore.

Probably also stamina issues, but the program shows its promise. I hope he can train them away.

Seriously, I think of all the men's FPs I've ever seen, I might like this one the best. Not skated perfectly today (the men all wanted to show us their 1As), but I think Misha and Mishin should consider keeping this for the Olympic season (with some added tech).
Anyway, well done Misha!!!

Am still celebrating Mozalev landing that 4F and overall shaking off the slight awkwardness he had last season. I actually cheered in the gym when he landed the 4F, because I couldn’t resist seeing the stuff live.

i can't do a full marathon today either, but i want to enjoy this event, so many interesting names on the line up! the cactus prince Matvei Vetlugin, little Lukin and many other familiar names we learned to know in the past events

NGL I'm intrigued about Maxim Avtushenko since he skates at Plushy's Academy, I wonder which coach will be with him - surely not Alexander Volkov, that guy's been running all over the place these past few weeks
