A deserved lead for Kolyada, nice quad combo and beautiful 3Lz. His all round skating was always great to watch, hopefully Mishin has worked on his nerves and he can become a better competitor. I was worried for Aliev coming back from injury but he performed better than I expected, spins were slow but that’s a minor complete. Nice from Mozalev, he does go with challenging music but I like his skating. Yablokov done well, the music suited his skating and he seems to have grown a bit.I was hoping Lezheev would skate to his best but sadly not.

I caught the end of the RD, I was really impressed with K/B, there will be a big fight for Russian No.3. They are looking very impressive for a new couple.

I have been waiting for a programme with Dalek music composed by Murray Gold for ages. Maybe not for a dance couple, but a pair or a single skater could really make this work! No screeches in that music.

I haven't watched Doctor Who since I was a kid. My Dad used to chase me around the apartment with the canister vacuum telling it was a dalek and that it was going to exterminate me. But Dr. Who didn't really show in Canada when I was a kid so I sort of lost touch with it. I did really enjoy Monty Python and The Goodies. (Mom and Dad are British, I am a dual citizen but I've been here since I was a 5 but we used to go back every summer for 4 weeks.)

K/B is definitely getting that 3rd spot from Z/G come Russian Nationals.

Z/G’s scoring ceiling have maxed out while K/B still have plenty to go up especially we havent seen their best yet.
