A Twitter account who observed the skaters at Champs Camp (he was there for the Development Camp) made that prediction.

He knew it was a take that not all would agree with, but he said that Audrey (and Gabby) had great showings at Champs Camp, and that Bradie was injured. I don't remember the take on Amber.

Frankly, I don't remember because I was looking for Jason content when I found it:biggrin:

Amber is at best an inconsistent skater and has not done well at high-pressure events such as the GP and 4CC. She has yet to rotate her 3a in competition, and the added pressure of attempting a 3a may not bode well for the rest of her performance.

But I wouldn't put too much credence in what a Champs Camp observer has to say. It's very early season. Right now, Bradie is injured. Gabby Izzo skated horribly at Cranberry, and she's a college student who probably doesn't have optimum practice opportunities. Audrey always looks great, but her jumps are often < and sometimes <<. Karen also gets her share of carrots.

Let's wait and see how our skaters do in their international assignments and their GP events.

I believe both Bradie and Amber are at the Autumn Classic.

ETA: I was wrong, must be the US Classic? I'm pretty sure Sasha Trusova is at that event as well (she finally got her US Visa sorted, so she'll definitely be at Skate America. No idea about the other Russians).

Ksenia stated that she has had her VISA for some time, so she is all set.

I thought Bradie had wd? Maybe I have this comp confused with another.

triple axel from Alysa this last weekend, looks to be in the FS warmup:

best one ive seen her do in a long time!
What has really surprised me about Alysa is how she has retained most of the difficult jumps through her growth. I thought she'd have to rework her technique, but her 3A doesn't look much different than before. It seems like she has maintained the ability to rotate very fast in the air, probably due to her training the 4Lz for many years.

Bradie did withdraw from the US Classic. Along with your babies Kaitlin and JeanLuc.

And very very OT, but your future husband was looking good today. #FlyEaglesFly🦅
Yaaaas he was. Now to find someone at the Eagles organization to inform him he’s my future husband. Bet it would be easy for him to push me in my wheelchair. To bring this sort of back to topic. Uncle B would be an acceptable replacement but alas he’s already married and I’m no homewrecker😂😂😂

Seriously I’m getting quite concerned for Bradie. I hope her injury isn’t too serious.

Finlandia is stacked. Amber and Karen will be up against Valieva, Kosto, and Tuktamysheva, as well as other strong contenders like Haein Lee, Anastasia Gubanova and Maddie Schizas.
That's good! It will give them real competitive experience. Has Amber healed from her injury?

Battle of the 3A’s. I expect the medal standings to be: 1) Valieva 2) Kostor 3) Tutk

It will also be interesting to see Amber and Karen duke it out with Gubanova, Lee, Schizas and Safanova.

Something tells me to watch out for Lee this year.

Regards,
