2021 Cranberry Cup International

I am going. I am too old to worry about an RA!

So is @moonvine .;) My guess is that she is referring to rheumatoid arthritis bothering her for such a long drive, but that would be a complete and total guess. :)

ETA: and moonvine if this bothers you in any way let me know and I will delete it.

Oops, I thought she meant "resident assistant."

No it doesn’t bother me for people to know. Thank you very much for asking though. 😀

Gracie posted to her Instagram story today that she's going to be in St. Louis, Missouri this weekend doing one of her Road to Gold skating camps. So I guess one can presume she'd be going to Cranberry after that, or scratch herself from the competition.

I hope she doesn’t scratch. The announcement says she’s a new addition. (Presumably replacing either Poojah or Bradie, both of whom withdrew)

Tickets go on sale tomorrow Aug 6 at 12 pm ET, per SCOB social media this evening. (No mention of pricing.)

I applaud Skating Club of Boston 👏 for publishing complete entry lists of seniors and juniors yesterday -- more than a week in advance.
Competition starts next Thursday for Cranberry Cup and LPIDI, and for some of the Cranberry Open seniors/juniors.

I’m going to see Gracie! And some other skaters! My flag game isn’t strong enough though. That IS “many more from around the world.”
Who else is going?

I´m happy Gracie signed up after all! She didn´t do so bad in the SP in Philadelphia recently, I really liked the program. You go Gracie!

And contender from India?? That´s cool!

Hope there is a live stream. The time difference is not that bad.

India? If you're referring to Pooja, last I knew, she skated for the US.

Tara Prasad -- representing India -- is on SCOB's competitor list for Cranberry Cup International senior women.
norwegianfairytale presumably is referring to Tara Prasad.

Pooja is not on the Cranberry Cup competitor list. (Nor on the Cranberry Open competitor list.)
ETA:
Thanks to @moonvine for the reminder below that Pooja is noted as a withdrawal on the Cranberry Cup list.
My apologies that it had slipped my mind. 🤭

(Side note that my guess would be that Tara trains at least on a part-time basis in Colorado??
Representing India, Tara also has competed in U.S. club competitions such as Broadmoor Open, Aspen Invitational, and Colorado Springs Invitational.)
