I’m sick with nerves about Jimmy. And if the French Fed forces Kevin to skate again I totally support him changing countries. I’m terrified he might suffer a season ending or Goddess forbid a career ending injury.

He's on a whole other level of terrible than Shun. Shun's choosing to compete, and can at least land his jumps, even though I'm still really worried about him. Kevin is apparently now suffering with a toe injury along with the groin injury, and both he and his coach agree he should not be competing here. He's only going to aggravate his injuries by competing. Can he switch feds to Canada to fill the void left by Nam or something?

Kevin is 24, rather late in competition years for considering a country switch. And then he'd have to sit out an entire season before the switch, losing even more time.
