The odds for the SP are out and Kamila is heavy favorite in the head to head.

Valieva Kamila 1.10
Akatyeva Sofia 5.80
If figure skating wagers were available in the USA, there is no doubt I would have put a few bucks on Sofia. Yes, Kamila should be favorite, but at 5.80, it’s worth a punt in my opinion.

Plus, I think Akatieva has the triple axel. I’m not sure if Kamila has her triple axel back…. I would have put money into Akatieva, for sure. Especially for the SP.

Well, all these events are on way too late for me as an Aussie to watch live, but I'm catching up now.
For a moment one of the coaches reminded me of Freddie Mercury, but they're doing a close up on him now and the resemblance is gone.
But time for Tangoes! We start with Tango Amore. Except they seemed to have slowed it riiiiight down. I am uncomfortable with this
(I wonder what Edvin Marton thinks, it's like really noticable too). Oh phew they've moved to another piece of music now. I must say I like Eva's dress, that pink really stands out and I like the black embellishments and black gloves 
Heh and the subtle hints of pink in Mark's costume is nice.
Ha ha the next couple (Aneta and Georgii) look like they stepped out of the 60s or something, they're giving good face though.
I've just realised there's no BOX? Oh wait there it is.
Now some quality red and black tango costumes, old school, but welcome!
Unexpected Bolero in this tango, that's a new one, but I will allow it because there's castenets. Not sure about the lyrics or whatever that are going on.
Time for Group 2 already. I don't remember any of these guys from the Test Skates, but then I don't think I watched the Junior dances.
Even if I did my memory is terrible.
Oops got distracted and oh no, Yaroslava had a bad fall right at the end of the program and her partner, Georgii has had to carry her off the ice
She looks like she's in a lot pain. I hope she's OK. They have really nice costumes and from the replays it looks like they were going pretty well until that point. Oh dear they're not in the KnC, I guess she went to get checked out, which is probably a good idea.
Well, we can all agree that this is the weirdest version of Chandlier ever? Where'd Veronika and Gleb's coach/choreographer/they themselves dig this one up (apparently Dancing with the Stars)? I guess it's memorable though...the judges seem non-plussed too, considering how long they're taking to score it! There we go... Gleb looks a bit grumpy about it.
The next couple didn't really stand out to me, sorry guys.
The coach of the last dance team is a handsome fellow - the cameraperson seems to agree as they keep focusing on him His team did pretty well they're in third.
And I thought that was all the couples but no there's another group, whoops! This post is getting long, so I'll continue in a new one.

Man, some of the coach's for these couples look decidedly unexcited. There's a dude with glasses who looks like he's missing out on a great party to be here Maybe they just didn't get enough zzzs.
This first couple really has tango legs...I like it! Into first!
Have I mentioned I also enjoy Paso Doble music, 'cause I do and Anna G and Ilya M have it going on! They've also got a piece of music that has lyrics involving the repeating of the word of the day "Tango". Heh that's fun. Anna G also has a super cute stuffie.
Aha! Here's the glasses coach's team. These pants are a choice, Artem is a total diva though, questionable costume aside, he looks like he's really enjoying himself out there though!
Now my YouTube is deciding to be slow, love Lev's red cumberbund and the clapping though. They finish up in sixth going into the FD.

Ice ance is starting. The team Vorobyeva/Tsimbalov withdrew after yesterday's unlucky accident of the girl.

I'll put money on at $5.80 all day. Kamila will be better than at the test skates and should have her 4T available, but she'll have to skate clean to be certain of winning. Akateva will have better technical content I imagine, and also be better than at the test skates. I read something about Akateva being adjudged the 'winner' of the test skates although it's going to be very close.
Petrosyan's two new programs really suit her and I don't think anyone else could pull of he SP. It feels like Eteri and Gleik are giving her a push with some original content.
