I won't be able to do all the paying etc. but I wanted to add that I could accidentially watch NHK practice videos on a site someone posted because I had set my free Proton VPN to Japan (but thought it was the Netherlands) But Idk how bad that site was in detecting VPNs in general. Or if they just did not care.
