The Novice Girls did okay….
They are stronger than Marin Honda (who made Nationals through Sectionals)
It is harder to make Nationals as a Junior than as a Senior domestically
Is it top 9, to make it to Nationals? (Mao has bye).
Praying for Ami to do that. She won’t be on the podium. But, a top 9 placement allows her to make it to Nationals and still have a chance to be chosen to Junior Worlds as defending bronze medalist.

160.89 is too low of a score to place in the top 9. She will have to focus on her one and last upcoming event. The mistake she made in her free skate last year plays a part here too. Cause she would have placed third and gotten a bye. Now, she might be eliminated.

AFAIK there are quite a few domestic competitions she can still participate in the new year, so she still has something domestically after JGPF.

Speaking of JGPF, I'm getting really worried for her now It's in less than 3 weeks, I hope it's enough time for her to rest and recover.

I realize it's difficult for her but she shouldn't worry about competing right now
She should just rest and focus on fully healing first
