After GPF I am hoping someone will help me remember how to obtain the channels needed to see the competition. Last year I used muji tv as its cheep, it works, and it has 2 week automatic playback for every channel. There is a learning curve so I made notes. I used the 56 channel version. But I am open to suggestions on how to obtain all channels needed.

Is it ok to have a daydream where one has a private jet and a personal assistant and tells her to get us tickets and accomadations for the Japanese nationals, sparing no expense? Asking for a friend.....

I think we've all had these kinds of daydreams on this forum... 😂 Although for me, the wealth of talent provided by the Japanese men would be the star attraction. Shoma, Yuma, Kao, Kazuki, Sota, Shun, etc. all in one competition...🤩

While the ladies are my fav, I do like the Japanese pairs/dance and I would rather watch the Japanese Men than any other country's men, save Jason Brown. Why? Like Jason, they KNOW artistry, and they understand how important the face is to artistic expression. When I win the lotto, I will buy a HondaJet and take four of us to Japanese Jr/senior nats/quals/....then we have to find someone who speaks Korean cause I want to go there too. 👍 Ichat, are you listening?

Any word on TV channel assignments? I have a bit of time to purchase Japanese TV and get my refresher course.
(Yes, I am on Doris' link to Fuji TV and am decoding the info)
Can someone decode Channel 5 and channel 22 on mujitv 56 channel?
It looks like if you want to see all the skaters, you somehow have to get Terrestrial and BS and/or TVer. Or find a way to get FOD premium.

Here is the schedule. The entire competition will be available on FOD. The last 2 hours of the singles events will be broadcasted on FUJI TV and on TVer for free.
Yeah, that is where I am now confused over last year. Looking at MujiTV, I am not sure what channel 5 is. I think 22 is BS. So is Fuji TV the same as Terrestial Fuji TV and is that Channel 5 on Muji? Part of my poor old brain is saying I have used TVer before...maybe for Korean nats? IIRC, and thats a big if...TVer isnt live and on demand? Must look into that. Muji TV is live and 2 weeks on demand.

For those who will be in Japan, there will be free tichets if I understand correctly:
How annoying. I have to go to Japan every year and until the last two years, it’s always been in March and always when Worlds is going on. I was annoyed last year because Worlds was in Japan. I wouldn’t have been able to go, but I could have watched it on Japanese television. But for the last two years, I had to go to Japan in December and I just got back . I’m going to see if I can negotiate to prolong my annual trip to the last week of December instead of the first for next year.

Ref. I have to go to Japan every year... I am trying to feel sorry for you but its not working,,,,,,;) Next life I want a job like that, but I want my own cabin on an upscale airline to get to and fro....
Going to try to find time today to do more research on how to watch TVer, what Fuji Terrestrial is, and what is on demand. And what is not.
