That was a nice skate by Sarnovsky. I think it's better for men to work up to the quads since their center of gravity changes as they grow and he's still got a lot of growing to do. We've seen what happens when they get the quads early and then have to constantly relearn them. Focus on the skating quality and spins now.

Well, that was a bit of a disaster for Samsonov. But, I thought he might not skate again as osgood schlatter can be difficult to heal sometimes. On to the FS. He still hasn't learned to deal with frustration and recentering himself after a mistake.
