That was not Dzepka skating. The girl's name is Varvara Spasskaya. She was skating out of competition because she does not represent Moscow. Sofia will skate next.

I thought she kinda looked lot smaller than I remeber that makes sense. I really like Varvara which region does she represent?

She represents Nizhniy Novgorod. She started training in Moscow last season in Tsareva's group. This season she switched to Tutberidze.
