This music made me think I had a second tab open playing some other music until I realized they have layered multiple music pieces on top of each other. Its bit too chaotic in my opinion

that would explain it... I think it was in the arena because she is talking to the refs about it but this event is doing a really good job of making me feel like I'm having a stroke

if there's a music issue, the skater is supposed to stop and correct it, but as long as it's not their fault they won't get a deduction I don't think. My guess is that Rinka didn't want to start/stop and it wasn't too distracting for her but she wanted the ref/judges to know about the issue and prevent it from happening again
