I've just been watching a Norwegian girl, Amalie NORDBØ, skating to a rock version of "Swan Lake". And, although very different to what Tchaikovsky would have imagined, I liked it!

Definitely not yet ready for prime time. He's got a lot of work to do and I hope he does a couple more comps if possible before Nats. That looked like competition nerves to me. It was rough. We'll see how the FS goes. The jump issues were more concerning than anything else. That's where I felt the nerves. It was wonderful to see him on the ice and I'm very glad that he's doing this. Apparently his practice was very good. Hopefully this settles the nerves. Whether it settles my nerves is another story.

mistakes included this is one of his best skates of this year, sadly, he was so promising before his massive growth spurt

A little bit better. The fever was 39,5 at highest at the morning. I forced myself to drink and eat sonething and had 4 hours nap.
