Euro Tech Panel... interesting

there is a recent (2019 or 2020) point added to ISU Code of Ethics that says that if possible, top 5 contenders shouldn't have the referee or tech panel members. So an Euro tech panel for 4CCs is the easiest way to do it.
However, I must say that they didn't follow this recommendation at Europeans (Bianchetti was the technical controller in Pairs...and arguing Italians weren't top 5 contenders based on previous season's placements is hard. France had the Referee in Men).

Well this is a nightmarish day. Woke up and checked on all the cats. One of my 17 year olds had passed away on the couch down by Gary’s feet. Took him to the vet for cremation and then had to take Gary to swap his phone out and I’m very depressed and not sure I care about this overly much.

Isabella and Aleksandr's music reminded me of Ashley and Timothy ... I think they skated to a different version of it once. It makes me miss Ashley and Tim so much, but I've also been seeing small but encouraging evidences of attention to artistry and unison in newer or different pairs this season. Very encouraging. To an Ashley and Tim uber fan, it's nice to feel they've left their influence on the sport. Which I very much believe they have.
