That's different matter I think, and precisely in such situation as eventual Olympic entry Eteri's skaters usually prevail the best. Gushchina or Frolova are not under this kind of pressure today and are not used to be in such situation as they would at the Olympics.

you would think moscow team has only 5 skaters with how they are using them, Adeliya is looking more tired and the more frustrated she gets the more mistake she makes, jumping tournament are not her speciality especially with the added pressure of leading that position should have been filled by Mark.

I get why they sent Danya with Mark to do the parallel jumps as he is the only other one with 4lz and we really dont know how well each skater does in practice so its difficult to know if there's is a good reason they are picked but I dont think the pressure of this type of competition is particularly good for Danya, someone else should have done the solo portion like SPB did.

I get why Andrey hasn't been picked yet and maybe Danya and Vanya are more stable than Roman is practices but are they saving Makar for something? why hasnt he done anything yet?
