Aiden was on IPS the same time as Caroline. I guess that maybe they couldn’t find a proper match and since they are at the same club, they decided to partner. They would only have one year junior because of his age though.
NextGen is a week after Skate Ontario and is in Gatineau.
Yeah I know. I’m just wondering why 2 existing NextGen dance teams are part of the Ontario comp list instead of the other one. Especially the brother/sister since they were given Bangkok last season.
I don't think the NextGen entries have been announced yet, so they could be in it. It's a way to get an extra competition in before it, so why not compete there first if the time/location permits? The number of JGP spots hasn't been released yet, plus there's teams who are eligible now for those spots that weren't until after Congress. A competition could help make the difference between getting a spot or not.

Trudy Oltmanns posted a reel of them, also announcing their programs. She included the American flag, so that looks to be the country they're representing.It appears that American Pairs skater, Daniil Siianytsia, may have found a new partner, via his Instagram story. Because of it being shared as a story, it will go away by sometime tomorrow. So if anyone could not see it, he is doing drills off the ice and practicing a lift on the ice with Canadian skater, Meghan Fredette.

Jumps were her weak point with her former partner, but she's had a lot of time to work on them since then. They look decent in the video he posted, and the throw jump does too.
At least they seem to be capable of doing triple twists and throws in training, which is more than some other pairs were able to do after such a short time together. If it will work out in competition, and how they'll develop is of course still written in the stars
