Are you referring to Katia Kurokova? Seems like a possible match, if Katia has plans to switch to pairs.I'm team Katia (at least let them do trials)

That's it!I guess you mean Spain in ice dance when Sara Hurtado/Adrian Diaz split in 2015 and Hurtado/Khaliavin and Smart/Diaz emerged the next season.
yes (but it's just my hypothetical idea, I know nothing and have zero inside if it is even an option she considers)Are you referring to Katia Kurokova? Seems like a possible match, if Katia has plans to switch to pairs.
Yep, it's all up in the air with all the retirements, splits and active partner searches in pairs and ice dance. This off-season seems even more all over the place than usual. I think that with Dmitry Savin as Michal's coach (if I'm not mistaken), he might be a good, discerning voice. Savin did such a great job bringing Minnie & Nik together, as well as Pavlova/ Sviatchenko, who btw, recently posted a training vid on IG of themselves landing a quad loop.yes (but it's just my hypothetical idea, I know nothing and have zero inside if it is even an option she considers)
OMG!!! In Canadian pairs and ice dance???! I'm having a difficult time believing this latest one. What the heck? Fiona & Ben looked so good together. To me, Fiona needs to settle on one partner and commit for the long haul. She's been going through way too many partners, not to mention the injuries. What is Ben going to do?What on earth is going on with Canadian pairs?!?!
Sandrine and Ye could be interestingI am on the Lim and Lickers boat too now.
I could also see Lim and Therien, but that would not be my first choice.
I am not sure whom I see yet for Ye.
We need a new game I gather. Guess the new teamsMaybe we should start another thread not to burden this one

Yes agree! Hannah would need time to train with a new partner anyway so sitting the season out and being really prepared for the next season (à la FB/C) wouldn’t be a bad thing. The Canadian field is quite depleted now behind Lajoie/Lagha, it's worth switching back. And KSU focuses almost all its efforts in singles skating.
This one?I think this has not been here yet: Kristen Spours, women, GBR, has announced her retirement a few days ago. For some reason I cannot copy anything here so somebody else would you please do it? I saw it when Anything GOE's post came to feed, found Kristen's ig and it was there.
This one?
His instagram post reads like he will continue. It's not mentioned that he's looking for a partner so maybe he already knows who he will skate with next.Is Loucas also continuing, or moving on to other pursuits?
Very interesting, especially with the news of the Bombardier/ Mimar split.![]()
Oh no, I like them a lot, they were so unique. They are young, their senior career basically just started. We're loosing many talented teams way too soon. If the decision is based on their personal goals and desires, that's perfectly fine but if it's becuase of struggling with funds and a sense of lack of prospects, it's a shame.Marie Dupayage and Thomas Nabais (Ice Dance, France) are retiring.
