That was the first offer they gave me. I explained how I viewed the situation, that my reason for buying the streams was to be able to watch Jason skate, which was very impaired by their stream problems. I asked what other Figure Skating competitions they would be offering, but I was not going to watch any more competitions today as I had found the problems with the stream so annoying and unpleasant. So they apologized and offered to cancel my stream and refund. I agreed. I was refunded for Day 2. The problem wasn't as bad yesterday, even though it impacted Jason's performance, but I didn't ask for a total refund. Just the one day was fine. Sometimes, you just have to nudge a little. I've paid for Solidsport Streams before and not run into problems. But this was problematic from the first. I paid for two streams, they sent me a link for one. So I had to contact them. Then they sent me both links. And it went downhill from there. But this is not typical. I watched Shanghai Trophy last year on Solidsport and it was fine.Just heard back. Solidsport apologizes, but there’s no refund offered; instead they offer a free code for any upcoming stream.
Not what I would have preferred, but at least they are listening
