The stream isn't working right again. But yes, Dominick had a rough skate. He shouldn't have competed so close to Chinese Nebelhorn, where he had to peak. Group 3 is now on and there is no decent audio. The stream is awful!

Adam had a Halloween skate. That is unfortunate. Daniel Martynov kind of fell apart too.Ouch, poor Adam

Having the same audio problems as yesterday. Have written to Solidsport requesting refund. Glad to see others thinking along the same lines; if we all complain, I think it’s more likely to be successful, so please do request refunds! Thank you!

I did. They offered a cancellation of my stream and a refund, which is what I wanted. I can't face trying to watch dance with no music. I had no audio for Jason's short and lost it mid free. I only bought Thursday and Friday to be able to watch Jason. So that was annoying, to say the least. I've had Solidsport before with no issues. But this started off problematically. I placed my order, but didn't get a link to Day 1. I had to write and ask about that. They did reply and sent me a link, but that took 2 emails. Then while I ignored the audio issue from yesterday, when I woke up to no audio and a constant freeze issue on Day 2, I got upset and started complaining. This was unacceptable. So I'm done watching this competition and will await my refund. Unfortunately, Solidsport failed this time. When paying $12 a day for streams, they need to work!

On another topic, sort of....Does anyone know what Jason's Time Violation was? I was surprised by that one! I don't think I've ever seen him have one before. Did he start late?

Just heard back. Solidsport apologizes, but there’s no refund offered; instead they offer a free code for any upcoming stream.
Not what I would have preferred, but at least they are listening

I am giving up on streaming this competition
I was hoping Jason migh win but he got second. I really like the Mexican skater but admit he is so hit and miss despite his charm. I now realize maybe it truly didn't matter if he had earned Mexico a spot at the olympics. His skating is very medocre; far too inconsistent.
