Mmmmm. Interesting. If I remember back to when I was learning French, we were taught that the rule was that a single "s" at the end of a word was silent, except when the following word starts with a vowel.

This must be one of the exceptions then.

Not only the silent s, the announcer pronounces th as in English, so /θ/

That makes sense. You can't go around changing the pronounciation of your name depending on the sentence it is in! That would be far too confusing!

Glad to see Kelly landed the 2nd throw though! And Loucas looked 100% like a rockstar

too bad they didn't skate as well as they did at Nationals.. worlds will be better

For L/E their throws are on the smaller side so not that scary, when the throws are big they are much scarier

Now, getting back to Kelly Ann and Loucas' skating, that is not a song I would ever have imagined being skated to.

I love the costumes.

Unfortunately, things didn't go their way.

They go into 3rd position in both the FS and overall.

oh lord... don't remind me of that idiotic man who was at Nationals last month... the only relief i got is that he stayed only for one session... i was about to throw myself on the ice.

She really shouldn't have done though, if she falls as well then unnecessary deductions
