i find it interesting that they mention the ending pose as a mistake when they didn't land their throws with control but I am just being picky. I like RR and they have good programs this year, better than last year for sure. I am very fine with them winning though I really think they shouldn't get close to neutral GOE for major step outs on throws.

i was an instant fan of trennt as soon as i saw him..
i am easy.

I never liked any of their programs before nor with Walsh...

BUT... this year, they surrounded themselves with better choreographers (ice dancers) and wow...
i never thought i'd say this but i am not even tangoed out when they do skate to a tango

I got a glare when I asked the person sitting next to me if they could put their phone on silent yesterday, I am not brave enough to turn around and get stares of "who is this stranger and why is she trying to tell us what to not say and do" even if they're just being clueless...

I was afraid at first it was going to be a splatfest evening, but it improved as time went on. And to my relief there weren't any wobbly lifts (although I missed seeing the first two pairs because I wasn't watching the clock for the start of the broadcast).

One important thing I've always looked for in a pairs partner is big hands. They make for such a secure feeling. I'll wave a little Australian flag for Hector's hands
