Yeah, it makes sense why they didn't use the StM scores. In that case Gumennik and Petrosian would have topped the Alternate List.Updated alternates list - https://isu-d8g8b4b7ece7aphs.a03.az...ate-list-website-25-09-30-1759244236-6778.pdf
Skate to Milano SBs weren't used for the SB updates for the alternates

yes gogo then tomoI think Tomoki Hiwatashi is next on the replacement list?
Sihyeong Lee is not on the alternates list. He is not eligible since he wasn't on the SB 75 last season (he was 76 on it.) They only adjust the rankings for skaters who were on it for the 2024-25 season (or had earned assignments through WS 24, Lara Naki Gutmann was on the alternates list for 2024-25 through that despite not being on the SB 75 for 2023-24.)What about Sihyeong Lee he’s after Stephen, no?
It could also be not having the time to get a visa for China on short notice for Gogolev.so tomo got the call and not gogo... are we assuming that it is simply because gogo will get Finland ?
I've always wondered about that. You typically need a specific reason to get a VISA so its not like you can just have one open for no reason? I know sometimes skaters still have them for other competitions they've attended so can just go.It could also be not having the time to get a visa for China on short notice for Gogolev.
Visa or not, I prefer Finland for him. Back to back events when one of them is in China is crazy difficult. It could also be not having the time to get a visa for China on short notice for Gogolev.
I kind of hope for Finland for the sole reason of Roman vs Steven. It will really be VERY easy for SC to make a decision on the Olympics, regardless of how nationals go (IMHO)Visa or not, I prefer Finland for him. Back to back events when one of them is in China is crazy difficult.
