2025 Japanese Nationals - Women's SP

Superb 3L+3T and also she is amazing when it comes to interpretation. The only problem is that she was very very slow.

Miyabi is such an icon, showing up here at 30 years old as one of, if not the oldest competitor in women's singles at Japanese Nationals ever. This is her 14th appearance at Senior Nationals. She skates with such joy, she seems so genuinely happy to be here with her radiant smile. I love her dress so much and that was just a delightful 3 minutes to watch.

I have to go for 2 hours car ride :( Hopefully I can be on time to watch the last two groups or at least some of the girls. Good luck to all!

Mai 😭😭😭 I love her and this program so much, and I'm so glad she's returned to form for the conclusion of her amazing and inspiring career. There was such genuine emotion in her performance of this program ❤️ I'm going to miss her skating so much. I love seeing all the appreciation she got from the crowd and that was by far her best performance of this program.

Eh after seeing this program in her best shape, this was awful. She missed timing on 2A,messed up combo, looked out of breath at the middle, little energy.
Thought she can do better

excited about her score but that was really deserved, I'm so excited to see where she goes from here.

What a fun program from Kei! She has great jumps, so much speed and power, and I think the more comfortable she gets with those elements the more she'll be able to integrate them into her program. She's a really good performer too, this is big music to skate to and she really lived up to it.

Interesting and unusual music choice for the program, but felt like she is not in the perfect rythm.Altought some movements were good.

I know you tried pairs but please... ice dance... please... or solo dance

I love Sae's skating as well, she has such delicate movements and great musicality. Her jumps aren't as explosive as some of the other skaters, but she has such grace out on the ice. It's such a shame about that lutz fall but that step sequence and her hand movements in it are just incredible.

Looked like she is really good at the start, but the fall off tru the middle/late part was painful. Also the jumps are completely not her strength.
