nice music here for Anna. I like the slow part. I am doing other things and not watching the skating fully, so it's like background music for me at this point which is a really bad idea considering what we are subjected to as figure skating fans. But +5 for Anna

Anna's ability to land basically anything and tack on a combination is amazing. No matter who gets chosen to represent Germany at Jr Worlds, Anna or Diana, I'm so happy to have both of them and for both of them to keep each other on their toes

Well, with them going back-to-back, it is clear to see why Bierwert opted to jump ship. Anna GERKE (DEU) was great!

What a reaction after she finished! Anna is absolutely delighted! And rightly so!

She goes into the lead of both the FS and overall.

Ariel is costumed lovely in pastel blue and yellow skating to Rio. Sadly she can't get her feet under her in those landings. Such a lovely bird though.

Ariel is so sweet and adorable that you cannot help but want her to succeed. This JGP season has been difficult for her, I hope she can regroup a bit and come back stronger in the second half of this and the JGP of next season. <3

And if Ariel GUO (HKG) gives in and does a "Little Mermaid" programme, she can re-use this dress. Because it looks like the sea and a beach.

What a fun programme! But "Rio" programmes always are. It's the nature of the music.

What? Both Ariel and coach look very disappointed.

Hang on, this is taking too long for the scores to come through. Maybe they have reason to be disappointed.

She goes into 11th in the FS, and 7th overall.

Amanda has such lovely long legs that she uses to her advantage. What a powerful skater being her baddest self with this music.
