Gion. Nice outfit and program. A few mistakes, but still a decent skate.

You're right and maybe it's just my tastes speaking, but to my eyes Minkyu is best with classical/lyrical music, his style is smooth as his skating is and he's not the most outgoing person so while he can step up with time to drama/theatrics/etc. it's not as enthralling as him just gliding on the notes of Beethoven. And as I believe he chose Exogenesis this season plus his past choice of Notre Dame... I don't think his tastes align with my wishes for him so... But then again, he is determined to put the quad sal from this season on (probably the reason why his usually fine spins were not up to standard today) so maybe music choice isn't the most important thing on his mind this season

you know.. my man started out with the most beautiful classical music... and when he returned after sochi, he still had the ONE chopin program but the rest... i cannot say i liked any of his choices... he even skated to this insipid piece by Eric Radford....

yet, he did so well interpretation-wise, that i forgave him the music choices and even started to like some of the music (like dust in the wind... or his black bird)

Ted, sure... I wouldn't want to be on air for hours. English however has huge vocabulary : 600 000 words... 4 times more than French.. So. it's a question of thinking about using them, instead of just saying the same ones... but I am not pretending I would do any better. That's why I am using Giphy
