Nice big opening combination for Mako. Her skating is so strong, clean and uncluttered. Her interpretation of her music is very nice as well. A girl on a mission today. I really enjoyed her today and that Ina Bauer is lovely. Yay Mako! Oh she has tears of relief.

She looks so petite on the ice. Is she similar in height to Hana?
She is skating with greater confidence and attack. Still some red and she botches a take-off as I am typing. I love the she is charting her own path and finding new ways to gain points and add to the vocabulary of skating,. The crowd appreciates her efforts. She is learning that she belongs at this level internationally.
