There are so many... it's impossible to give you a list but just a couple examples.

for babies.. i love this one



for intermediate kids sometimes this.. when i want them to develop emotional playing



and for more advanced students, if I want them to work hard, I give them some Études... Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Scriabin, etc
