2025 Skate to Milano Women's Free Skate

I know I am biased, as I always tend to support people from Hong Kong because I have some good friends whose family is originally from there. But, everything about that was beautiful from CHAN Tsz Ching (HKG).

Awww, she is so adorable!

OK, so I always complain about skaters wearing white dresses that blend into the ice. But, this dress looked amazing on her. So, I will not complain about it.

(Yes, I know those cynical folks amongst you will think I am laying the foundations for me not complaining about my baby girl wearing all white later on).

She goes into 3rd position in both the FS and overall.

I do not understand this programme from Antonina DUBININA (SRB) at all.

What has "Rise Like A Phoenix" got to do with the pieces of music either side of it? They do not fit together at all.

And for that matter, what has the dress got to do with any of the music?

I can't help but think that including "Rise Like A Phoenix" is Antonina trying to encourage herself. The scores she is getting have barely changed in the past decade. She is trying to rise up from the plateau she has been on for all these years.

I hope some day she does.

She goes into 5th in both the FS and overall.

Forgive me but I do not know who they are.
OK, sorry. They are Canadian junior skaters. Their dad is Alexander Volkov, the son of Sergei Volkov, and mom is from Quebec. Antonina was born in Moscow and lives in Moscow, and they train in the same school with Anastasia Gracheva, as far as I understand, but with different coaches.
