Thanks for sharing. I resent that rule because the skaters are not representing a banned country but part of another federation. The ISU needs to be careful with their host selection for events. For instance, there have been problems before with Taiwan and China. A host for an ISU championship needs to be ready and willing to issue special visas to all athletes selected by participating and authorized federations. Many skaters from Russia in the women's field as well as another Russian born ice dancer from the USA managed to get there... So why not the others? Completely unfair
