The one discipline where I could actually enjoy the skating has finished very nicely, I wish I could forget that I have two girls skating tomorrow... Well this event went pretty much as expected. Sui/Han and Miura/Kihara's programs are the only ones I will rewatch in the future.

I guess the Georgians deserve silver for being the only team to make the +2Axel+2Axel look good, and they did give a better performance than the Germans. That death spiral though...that should have been a huge deduction.

I was happy to see Sui and Han do well. They always look so beautiful out there.

Well thank God RikuRyu won, they are so emotional, I love it.

I don't know why the judges ignore the scariest lift technique (if you can call it technique) to "grace" the ice, but even they couldn't gift the Georgians the gold.

And my personal highlight today, Emily and Spencer. A great skate, seventh at the Olympics, a Games to be proud of

Miniki, never ever go to Richard Benoit to choreograph your programs!! That music that choreography was not for you. He does excellent, brilliant choreographies ( look how brilliant choreography he did for Gogolev) but for you he completely failed. I blame Benoit Oh, my hear Miniki

I agree not the best programs for them. I only hope they stick around for years to come. But this season has been rough for them, it looks like they are already to the acceptance that bronze is amazing considering.
How sweet to see the Georgians celebrating together and what this first medal means to them.
M/K...a skate for the ages and so much joy! Well deserved.

And they definitely had their Olympic Moment! They Performed that gorgeous, emotional program with perfection!
