Skating scores didn't spell her name wrong, her name is spelled wrong on the entry list of this specific competition, and the protocols are just imported by Skating scores, they don't go through every single page to make sure everything is spelled correctly.
If you notice alternative spellings being used at some competitions (like here), you can also just reach out to the guy running Skating scores via twitter or email, he'll manually merge the pages.
I did that for the first time a few weeks ago, alerting them to a few pages that needed merged. (One was for when the person reading the skater's entry form for the event read a "v" as a "u"; and the other was for different competitions using different transliterations of the girl's name). And no sooner did I send it, but my e-mail account got locked for suspicious activity.
Mind you, the messages clearly got through, because the changes I requested did get made.
