Skating scores didn't spell her name wrong, her name is spelled wrong on the entry list of this specific competition, and the protocols are just imported by Skating scores, they don't go through every single page to make sure everything is spelled correctly.

If you notice alternative spellings being used at some competitions (like here), you can also just reach out to the guy running Skating scores via twitter or email, he'll manually merge the pages.

I did that for the first time a few weeks ago, alerting them to a few pages that needed merged. (One was for when the person reading the skater's entry form for the event read a "v" as a "u"; and the other was for different competitions using different transliterations of the girl's name). And no sooner did I send it, but my e-mail account got locked for suspicious activity.

Mind you, the messages clearly got through, because the changes I requested did get made.

Not sure how I feel about the scoring. Sofiia & Wiktor should lead the Fd, but I'd have Lucy & Ilias ahead of Polibina & Golovishnikov as I feel they are just better skaters overall.

Kinda sad that Hancock and Fourati changed their mad choreo slide but I can see why they did. I believe there's 2 Hungarian spots for Euros, I would think that's enough for them to get it..

I think Simova and Aksenov have a slightly higher FD score but Pucherova and Lysak's lead in the RD kept them ahead?

Our very own @La Rhumba usually uploads Lucy's programmes to YouTube, so during the resurfacing I had a watch of their Free Dance from the Roman Pavel Memorial.

I'm old fashioned. I'm of the school that the only thing that should be touching the ice is the blade. So, I am not a big fan of choreographic slides.

By the sounds of things, they're doing Podium Ceremonies now. But we can't see what's going on!

If I had realised that we wouldn't be seeing anything until the top of the hour, I would have watched all of the Spanish Senior Short Dance rather than just my kids, and would have looked up Hancock / Fourati afterwards.

Can't find anything about Wiktoria PACHA / Szymon DERECHOWSKI (POL). Neither of them are very active on their Instagram accounts.

Mind you, it says on Szymon's intro that he is a med student. So, he probably has his hands full with that.
