Check the first comment of Olga Ryabenko (costumes designer) there. She said both dresses were made very urgently, without trying-on - but second one was ordered later and they were ordered in the same day (most likely), before shooting - but second one was ordered at 12 of night.
P.S.: well, on second thought I think that shooting was probably just before Alina went to Japan - and they were compelled to introduce some double fast since they were short of couple of seconds. Else all other explanations aren't feasible enough.

Maybe they only had a limited amount of time with Alina and used Alenka as a body double in some of the shots? It doesn't look to me like Alena was supposed to have a clear role in the commercial.

I do believe she was participating in the warmup. Still, it's curious why she didn't have her outfit. I wonder when she actually found out that she would be participating... Probably not too long ago.
Still, she performed a 3Lz-3Lo combo! And while she got a ! for her Lutz, I didn't think it was so bad. The angle wasn't perfect but it looked like a legitimate shallow outside edge to me. It appeared to be a clear improvement...
