It sounds like she is retired from competition. Probably a smart move on her part. She doesn't seem to have the motivation or skill-set anymore to be competitive with the top. She is wise to start moving on.

She shared some information the other day saying that she'd love to go to train on the ice but the doctors and coaches are not allowing her to do so, so she'll need more time to fully recover.
