Andrei Mozalev

Now they have posted FS video.

I saw that this video is not available for every country, so, users from Russia and Germany cannot see it, but residents of Canada, USA, France have free access to the video. This is probably an experiment to find out how popular our Andrei is in these countries.
If this video is available to you, you can help Andrei to strengthen his reputation :points:

Spotted a fresh interview with Davydenko. It’s curious because it touches on his relationship with Mozalev, which Davydenko emphasizes is not paternal; he also stays true to his credo of stay calm and work harder when asked if he fears that his star pupil would leave him. Here, he compares the coach-student relationship to marriage (in other words, don’t get married if you are too afraid of divorce).

He regularly uses this metaphor in interviews. In earlier versions, he said that just as a marriage doesn't break up for no reason, an athlete doesn't leave his coach if they don`t have relationship problems. Therefore, they both need to solve these problems ( maybe they go to family-sports therapy?) :ROFLMAO:

I was more interested in the information that, according to the coach, Andrei is becoming like his father. Mikhail Mozalev is a mysterious person, none of Andrei`s fans has ever seen him even briefly. Do we need to imagine a very aged Andrei as a model? 😅

Hmm, Andrei is training a new quads... We are waiting for the third season of the exciting series "Mozalev is fighting a new quad, there are victims, there are no winners"? I'm not sure that I have the strength to follow this saga for the third season :bang:.

Sorry, simulatanous posting 😅

It`s OK :) not problem.

We have a new Davydenko`s interview! :coffee: and some interesting information in it 🤔

Kirill "I`m not your daddy" Anatolievich said!
This is a really good interview. I like Kirill's approach! He seems like a good mentor for Mozalev. Also like his answers about his coaching abilities and response to Why do you think our skaters are so reluctant to contact journalists? He tells it straight, I think other coaches could learn from him :)

I wonder what the new programs will be like.
Sportsru also referred to this interview - you can see the comments are highly supportive of Andrei going into the new season.

Meanwhile, he seems pretty happy at the moment:

K.A. is very active in the field of Andrei's promotion in the media (and it's long overdue). A new interview is ready, it looks like there will be a video recording of the whole day spent with Andrei and his team, a recording of the workflow and the interview.

Konstantin Lesik is one of the most famous sports journalists in Russia, writing about figure skating. Also in his posts he called for subscribing to the Davydenko Band channel (they are striving for a landmark figure of 1000 subscribers) and praised the positive atmosphere in the group several times.

We are waiting for the video. It should be a very interesting and positive interview.

Looking forward to it.

New training clip of Andrei:

From the text I can read some heights/distances but not much else 😇

It reads, ‘explosive power, coordination and jumping stamina for a figure skater during the prep phase. The height of the barriers increases from 76 to 84 cm, and the distance between the barriers increases each time by half the foot-length size’ (I assume it’s Mozalev’s foot, heh, not Davydenko’s).

Wow, good news for everyone. I thought that the season of the show was closed for Andrei, but it's not. Andrei is invited to the Averbukh show in Essentuki.
I wonder if this is part of the collaboration? Maybe we will see a new exhibition number? Or not, but is this part of the contract? In any case, I am happy for Andrei and for the audience in Essentuki. They were unexpectedly lucky.

Oh, wow, wonderful news! If they do show something new that is cooperation related, I will be so thrilled. Good luck to Mozalev!

This is a fragment of the exhibition number for the Averbukh show (May 7 in St. Petersburg, May 8 in Essentuki).

Son, I'm disappointed
I didn't think I'd live to see the talented dancer Andrei Mozalev, who just skates around in a circle with his hands down. And all his acting talent is used to raise his eyes to the ceiling :rolleye:

I am curious to see the whole thing still. May 8th is Mother’s Day, so it’s a nice gift.

In Russia, we celebrate Mother's Day on November 25, but this is a pleasant coincidence
Andrei will participate in thematic shows for the day of the end of the Second World War on May 9. So don't be surprised if he suddenly goes on the ice in a historical military uniform or something like that. It`s planned as a pleasant nostalgic ice show for the elderly.

Andrei's fans think that he will present a program for this song. I`m also of the opinion that he is good enough in presentation to work with such a poetic and sad text by Rasul Gamzatov.
