My friends were there two days ago. And they said apart from skaters' team very few people attends. Cheap or free doesn't mean good as far as promoting the sport goes apparently.
It would have been literally cheaper for me to travel to an event held in another country, an a luxurious tourist location, than to attent an event held locally
